All Access CBD offers FREE shipping within the U.S. for all orders over $100.00. Orders under $100.00 pre-tax are subject to current standard shipping rates. Orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday, from Lutz, FL and are generally shipped the next business day via USPS priority mail. Shipping times are normally 2 to 4 business days after processing but can vary due to recipient location. Please keep in mind that these timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather, back orders, or general postal service performance. Payment receipt and tracking information are sent to you via email after we complete your order.
We take pride in the manufacture and transportation of our products so your satisfaction is important to us. Please check your shipment carefully upon receipt to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims regarding damaged product(s) must be made within 5 days of receipt by writing to
firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide detailed information, including images if requested, for any product(s) damaged during shipping within that time frame. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging if applicable and will also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
All sales or purchases through AllAccessCBD.com or related retail locations are final.
In the event an item is damaged in shipping we reserve the right to replace or refund the purchase price at our discretion. We may request the product be shipped back to us for review. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs incurred for returning item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
